By clicking on the Zoom links for classes and/or participating in a pre-recorded Yoga, Pilates and Fitness classes, you are agreeing to the following:

By participating in any online classes or pre-recorded videos you agree to release Take Fit LLC from responsibility for any injuries that you may sustain as a result of participation in programs presented by Take Fit LLC.  You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you may incur as a result of participating in the classes of programs offered through Take Fit LLC.

As determined by your physician and myself, I certify that the level of my physical condition will allow me to safely participate in programs at Take Fit LLC. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I am legally competent to voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above, and by opening Zoom classes or pre-recorded videos I agree to these conditions.

Water element yoga for winter

  • Yoga for winter.  Warm the body with flowing movements for the element of water. Nourish the kidney and bladder by adding TCM meridian points within the practice.

Gentle Yoga for Balance

A yoga practice that focuses on the fundamentals of balancing.  Grab a chair, some blocks and a small ball and get ready to have some fun.
