An accessible yoga class for anyone that wants to practice. Functional movement, gentle yoga, breathwork and Somatic movement will be explored in this class. Class will be offered hybrid (in the studio and on Zoom) on Thursdays at 9:00 am.
Traditional yoga poses, breath, and meditation are incorporated with themes such as the chakras, 5 elements, Yama's and niyama's. Class is held in studio on Friday mornings at 8:30 am.
Mat Pilates with props. This class will challenge your mind and body leaving you feeling stronger and taller after class. Days TBD. Please email to get on waitlist.
Private sessions held in studio
Private Yoga is a great way to improve your posture, increase awareness and build strength. The session is tailored to your specific needs. Learn mudras or balance the chakras. The possibilities are endless.. Sessions are one hour. Schedule in advance.
Private Pilates is perfect to learn the exercises with an instructor watching for safe form. Reformer and Mat Pilates are available for private clients. Sessions are 60 minutes. Schedule in advance.
As I complete my Functional Nutrition counseling certification I am accepting new clients at a reduced rate until June 2024. We will work together to discover root causes of imbalances such as hormones. gut microbiome, blood sugar, immune system, etc. Sessions can be held in person or over Zoom. $50 per hour session.
All classes must be booked and canceled on the website. Book and cancel 2 hours prior to class time. If you forget to cancel or do not show up you will be charged for the class.
There are no refunds for packages purchased in advance. Class packages expire 6 months after purchase date.
